Hardware repair excluding physical damage is free to those part of the Student Laptop Program. Those not a part of the Student Laptop Program have free repairs as well, as long as they are Dell and Apple products.

AppleCare+

Every Mac comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary telephone technical support. AppleCare+ for Mac extends your coverage to three years from the original purchase date of your Mac and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months, each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for any other damage, plus applicable tax. In addition, you'll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts via chat or phone.

Biohazard Fee: $60 for any computer brought to us with a biohazard (blood, vomit, urine, etc.) MiTech will not fix these units.

* A MacBook Pro that will not boot and requires the hard drive or system board removed to do data backup may require additional labor. Labor will be charged by the hour. Labor $60 per hour.
